This policy explains what information Svolto collects when you use our mobile apps or this website, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
Who we are
Svolto (“Svolto”, “we”, “us”) is an independent mobile product studio based in India. We build and operate the apps listed on this site. This policy covers both those apps and this website.

Information we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. We do not ask you to create an account to use our apps, and we do not collect your name, email address or contact list unless you send them to us yourself.
Device and usage information
Our apps use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used in aggregate — which features are opened, where people encounter errors, and whether a change made something better or worse. This includes device or other identifiers, device model, operating system version, approximate region, and in-app events. We use it to fix problems and to decide what to improve.
Purchase information
Our apps offer subscriptions and other in-app purchases. These are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your card number, bank details or billing address. We receive confirmation of what was purchased and its status, which is what allows the app to unlock the features you paid for.
Advertising
Free versions of our apps display advertising supplied by third-party advertising partners, including Google. To serve and measure those ads, advertising partners may access your device’s advertising identifier and information about your device. Ad personalisation is controlled by your device settings, not by us — on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings → Privacy → Ads. Removing ads through an in-app purchase stops ad requests from that app.
This website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run on the site is limited to aggregate traffic measurement and is not used to build a profile of you.
How we use information
- To operate the app and deliver the features you have chosen
- To diagnose crashes, bugs and performance problems
- To understand which features are used, so we know what to improve
- To deliver and measure advertising in the free versions of our apps
- To process and restore purchases and subscriptions through Google Play
- To respond to you when you contact us for support
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles ourselves.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our apps. Currently these are Google (Firebase Analytics, Google Play billing and Google advertising services) and any additional advertising partners disclosed in an app’s Google Play Data Safety section. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or the safety of users.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained according to our Firebase configuration and is automatically deleted after the retention period expires. Purchase records are held for as long as needed to support your entitlement and to meet tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights and choices
- Advertising: reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device settings.
- Analytics: uninstalling the app stops all further collection.
- Access and deletion: you can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Email us and tell us which app it concerns.
- Subscriptions: manage or cancel these in the Google Play Store — see Support.
Because our apps do not use accounts, we may be unable to link a request to specific records without additional information from you, such as a Google Play order ID.
Children
Our apps are general-audience products and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
We are based in India, and our service providers operate globally. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own, under the protections those providers maintain.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
